Bamford Watch Department has partnered with Dover Street Market to release a special collaboration alongside Hiroshi Fujiwara and fragment design. Accounting for their first major joint effort of 2018, we find the tandem working on the Zenith EL Primero, as Bamford has become the official customizer for LVMH brands, Zenith, TAG Heuer, and BVLGARI.
The Zenith in turn boasts simple yet stylish design touches by Fujiwara, carried out on one of the staple models from the watch community. The watch’s original steel case and bracelet are still featured, while the dial then blends modern and vintage-inspired techniques.
The fragment design x Bamford Watch Department Zenith EL Primero is available now exclusively at Dover Street Market stores in London, New York, Singapore, and Tokyo.
